Getting Started

How do I create a Houston Texas Painters Account?

An account will be automatically created for you once you book your first job. You will get a series of emails afterwards confirming your booking and your account.

Do you service my area?

Houston Texas Painters covers all of Houston and surrounding areas including: Cypress, Tomball, Woodlands, Magnolia, Spring, Humble, Kingwood, Pearland, Friendswood, Sugarland, Katy. If you’re inside Grand parkway/99 you’re covered but we extend even outside of Grand parkway another 5-10 miles.

What is included in a standard paint job?

Our process allows you to completely customize your paint job. You will select what you want painted, who provides paint, color selections, and paint quality.

How much will it cost?

Each job varies in cost depending on what you want painted. No two paint jobs will ever be the same price. Simply proceed to the “Schedule a quote” page and enter the information about the job and you will be able to schedule your quote with our estimator.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

On all jobs we provide standard tools and equipment you would expect any painters to have. All ladders, brushes, rollers, sprayers, tape, drapery and anything else needed to paint your house.
It is optional for us to provide paint. Clients will have that selection on the booking page.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

We do provide extra’s and special tasks found on our booking page. Just select which extras you are wanting and it can be added to the booking. For more custom work you can give us a call or email and we can give you a quote.

Manage Your Account

How do I log into my account?

If you ever need to log into your account to reschedule your booking or book a new job down the road it’s easy. After you complete your booking you will get a few emails confirming your booking and also asking you to create your account. Your email will be your user name and you will pick your own password.

How do I change my password?

Just attempt to sign in using the “Log in” tab at the top right corner of the site and select forgot my password.

How do I change my address?

If you need to change the address on your account just log into your customer portal and select your customer profile. You will be able to edit the address at any time.

How do I change my credit card?

If you need to change the card on your account just log into your customer portal and select your customer profile. You will be able to edit the card at any time.

Pricing & Policies

How do I book a quote?

Simple select “Schedule a quote now” and fill out your customer information. At the end of the process you will be able to select the day and time of the appointment as well.

How do I use my referral credits?

We allow customer to share a custom link with friend, family, or clients. Each time that link is used to book a job you will receive credits towards your own account that you can use at anytime. Just log into your customer portal to book the job and you will be asked if you want to apply your credits.

How can I view my referral credits?

Once you log into your customer portal you will be able to see your credits at the top right hand side of your screen.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my painting professionals?

Absolutely, Our Painting contractors have all been fully vetted and passed a background check. All painters have also passed a painting proficiency test. Insured, Bonded, and Exceptional Customer Ratings are required from our crews.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Hopefully this would never happen! We do strive to ensure great service. In the event something did go wrong each job has an assigned project manager to oversee and ensure the level of service we expect from our professionals. We will immediately address the issue with an in home inspection.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely, We have a safe and secure site that is encrypted just like the bank. Once your payment information is entered the system automatically hides all digits except for the last 4. Even our owners can see personal payment information.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Every Painting contractor we partner with has to undergo extreme vetting and background checks before taking on any projects with us.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We have a 7 day 100% satisfaction policy. If we missed any areas and you need a touch up we come back no questions asked. Even the paint comes with manufactures warranties.
